Hi I am Fiona and I am a professional chef and was head chef of my own restaurant for the past 11 years. I have over 12 years of experience cooking, am self taught and have worked under some of the very best private chefs in Switzerland and France. I have a unique style melding classic dishes with an Asian twist and often dishes that are influenced by my South African childhood. I have been cooking with my Italian mother and grandmother since I was a child and have an inherent passion for flavour, authenticity and quality produce.
I adore food and flavours and can't wait to share my passion with you whether that is for a one off event, a week long holiday, a wedding or a celebration.
